Where a vessel is lined, we say so

Copper, or tamba, is the softest of the three metals here and the one that changes colour fastest. Left alone it goes from pink to deep brown; rubbed with lemon and salt or tamarind it returns to pink in under a minute. Nothing here is lacquered, so both of those are normal and neither is a fault.
