Tin lining stated

Where a vessel is lined, we say so

Katoris, the small bowls that sit on a thali or beside it, in brass and in kansa. Dal, curd, kheer and sabzi go in them, and the number on a thali is usually three to six.

They are sold singly and in sets here, and the page says which. Weight in grams is printed for the set, not for one bowl, so read the what-is-in-the-box line first. Nothing is plated. Bare brass and kansa both mark where something acidic sits in them overnight, so empty and dry them the same evening.
