## Where we ship

Everywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at present.

## What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free across India, there is no minimum order, and there is no surcharge on the
heavy pieces.

## When it goes out

Orders are dispatched within **[ARPIT: how many business days? Say what actually happens, not what
you would like to happen]** business days. Nothing goes out on Sundays or public holidays.

Festival weeks run longer. We will say so on the site when that happens rather than let you find out
from the tracking.

## How long it takes, after dispatch

- Metros and large cities: Within 5-7 business days
- Rest of India: 8-10 business days

## Tracking

A tracking number goes out by  as soon as the parcel is handed
over. If it has not moved for **[ARPIT: how many?]** days, write to us and we will chase the courier
ourselves.

## Heavy pieces

A good deal of this catalogue is solid metal and some pieces run past four kilograms. They are
packed for it — the weight is on every product page so you know what is coming.

## Payment

We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are paid for at checkout.

## If nobody is home

The courier will try **[ARPIT: how many?]** times. After that the parcel returns to us and we will
