Phone: +91 62814 58491
We operate from Guwahati, Assam, and everything ships from there.
If you are writing about an order
Include your order number and, where something has gone wrong, a photograph of the piece as it arrived, in daylight, with the packaging if you still have it. That is usually enough to settle it in one exchange rather than four.
If a piece reached you damaged or is not what its page described, the published refund policy asks for that within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are asking about a piece before buying
Ask. Weight in grams is printed on almost every product page and is the number most questions turn out to be about. Seven pieces are missing it while they are re-weighed. What is often missing more widely is height and diameter, because those have not been measured on most of the catalogue and we would rather leave a field blank than guess at it. If you need a dimension before you order, write and we will measure the piece.
Corporate and bulk orders
Write to the same address with the quantity, the budget per piece and the date you need them by. Handmade stock in quantity takes longer than stock off a shelf, and the honest answer to a large order depends on what is in the workshop that week.
