These are the terms you agree to when you buy from this shop.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout, before you pay.

Where a price is shown struck through beside a lower one, the struck figure is our listed price and the lower one is what you pay today.

We can change a price at any time. The price you saw when you placed your order is the price you pay for that order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm the order and take payment.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — if a piece has sold out, if we have priced something wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If that happens we will tell you why.

What handmade means for what arrives

Every piece is shaped and finished by hand. Weight, size, finish and surface marking vary between pieces, and colour on a screen differs from metal in daylight. Product pages describe this, and it is not treated as a defect. See the refund policy.

Weights given on product pages are the weight of the piece we weighed. Handmade metal varies and yours may differ a little.

Using these pieces

Brass, copper and kansa react with air, with skin and with sour food. Every product page carries the care instructions for that metal and finish, including which vessels are lined with tin and which are not. Follow them. Damage caused by ignoring them is not covered.

The photographs, text and design here are ours. Do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Where we stand on liability

If something we sell you is faulty or does not arrive, our responsibility is to replace it or refund what you paid for it. We are not liable beyond that.

Nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.
